Poly Bundlers | Preferred Pack PP-6030AC/PP-6040E Automatic In-Line Poly Bundling System for Wrapping Open Coils or Spools PP-6030AC Poly Bundler+ PP-6040E Shrink Tunnel

Operator loads the product onto the roller conveyor which transfers the products into the seal area where the film is enclosed around the package and automatically discharged into the shrink tunnel. This dual roll system (one roll at the top and one roll at the bottom) fully encapsulates the package and produces a "bullseye" with the two ends of the package open, then the conveyor of the shrink tunnel advances the package automatically into the shrink tunnel and upon exiting the tunnel the exit cooling fans on the tunnel help cool down and set up the polyethylene shrink film.
