The Preferred Pack model PP-610TS Top and Side Label Applicator with Side Folder is suitable for a wide range of package applications and is perfect to apply a tamper evident label. Different sizes are accommodated through simple adjustments. It combines excellent performance and versatility at an affordable price. Efficiency is maintained during product changes with simple tool-free adjustments for the conveyor and applicator.

The PP-610J is constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and state-of-the-art Delta color touch screen technology. Memory ports for 20 different sizes of products deliver fast, easy-to-use “need it now” reliability when changeovers are required. Our pre-delivery inspection confirms proper set-up and functionality, ensuring every machine is set up to your specific application.

Application: The Preferred Pack model PP-610TS Top and Side Label Applicator features a side Folder (s) that applies pressure-sensitive labels to the top of products, the product is then advanced by the conveyor to the folding section which can be a brush or a folding plate to push the side of the label against the jar or box folding the label over to cover two sides of the package which is perfect for tamper evident label applications. Speeds of 70-80 PPM depending on label size, product spacing, product shape, and line conditions. The PP-610TS is stepper motor driven, ensuring excellent repeatable label placement at a 1mm accuracy. Set-up instructions via touch screen are included in the intelligent Delta pod. Settings can be stored for the most common 20 products for quick recall on product changeovers. Each application differs in regard to product size and shape, label size and shape, and specific placement of labels on the various products.
