BestPack RS22-2 Semi-Automatic Random Adjustable Case Sealer, Side Belt Drive, 2 Inch Tape Head

The BestPack RS Series is a Semi-Automatic Random Tape Carton Sealer built for speed and rugged dependability. Using side belt drives, the RS easily seals a wide range of random carton weights and sizes, with masts that allow for an extra 4 Inch of carton height on the upper assembly. Able to effectively seal very light to very heavy cartons, BestPack’s RS sealer is a workhorse and the most flexible unit in our random carton sealer product line.

Our RS line incorporates our exclusive 2 Inch or 3 Inch pop-out pressure-sensitive “High Speed” tape heads with BestPack’s patented tab adjustment. All BestPack units are available in our standard baked enamel finish and food-grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance.

The semi-automatic random case sealer adjusts automatically for the height and weight of the cartons. Using 2 Inch wide tape, it seals the top and bottom of cases ranging in length from 6 Inch and up, the width of 4.5-20 Inch and height of 4-21 Inch

• Self-centering belt drive system with 1 piece molded belts and V-belt guide with rollers behind the belts to reduce wear and tear on the belts, stress on the motors and increase belt and motor life
