Preferred Pack Model PP-2028MKA-V-P.I. Semi-automatic “Push Button Air Operated L’ Sealer” featuring the “Vertical” seal head design offering 12 Inch of package height clearance and featuring “Micro Knife Technology” – No more seal wires to replace.
Powered film unwind and Adjustable film inverting head for easy product transfer directly into L’ Sealer. The seal size is 20 Inch W x 28 Inch L. This machine is designed for medium to heavy production volume. A machine speed of 10 to 15 packages per minute can be obtained depending on package size and film gauge.

• Vertical Seal Head movement with 12” opening for easier product loading (taller heights available upon request)
• Manual or Automatic Cycle Mode
• Automatic Cycle Timer- Allows operator to select cycle repeat time for seal head to automatically cycle increasing cycle speeds.
• Independent seal, dwell, and cycle timing intervals
• Powered discharge conveyor to automatically transfer the product into shrink tunnel
• Heavy-duty steel frame construction with baked-on enamel finish
• “Micro Knife” Band Ribbon – Teflon-coated band ribbon produces fast, clean seals every time.
• Pin perf hole punch
• Independent seal and dwell timer
• Heavy duty loading tray.
• Stainless Steel Compensator Assembly, controls “Micro Knife” temperature.
• Seal head safety switches if activated head returns to up position,
• Powered film unwind – Automatically drives film roll when pulled by operator, Maximum film width is 26”;
• Adjustable film inverting head turns film 90 degrees allowing packages to be feed directly into the machine in-line speeding up package flow.
• Air regulator with built-in lubricator
