Used - Like New - PP-1519ECMC Shrinkwrap Machine w/ Magnetic Hold Down and Discharge Conveyor

This machine was used for not too long, and we hadit on the floor/warehouse to make some Demos

Compact PP-1519ECMC Manual L Sealer with magnetic hold down, power discharge conveyor, and attached Tunnel is only 76 inches in total length. It has a seal area of 15W x 19L inches and features new Micro Knife Technology. It will seal PVC or Polyolefin Shrink Films. The tunnel features Live Roller Rod Conveyor with a fully Re-Circulating Air Chamber, AC Variable Speed Conveyor, 0 to 60 FPM, Digital Temperature Control, and Automatic Cool Down with Shutoff. A great machine for low to medium production speeds of 8 to 12 packages per minute. Available in 110 volts or 220 volts. The change to 220V has an additional charge.

All Economy Series models in the 1519 Series have a seal area of 15 W x 19 L inches. This L Sealer and Tunnel combination system is only 76 inches in total length. A new feature on the 1519 for those who have older models is the Micro Knife Seal Technology. The tunnel features a fully re-circulating air chamber, digital temperature control, pin wheel hole punch, 8 ft power cord, and casters. Machines are available in either 110-volt or 220-volt power. If you have 220-volt power available, we recommend the 220-volt model as it will heat up faster in the morning and is less expensive to operate. The 220V option is additional. Consider a 1519ECMC with an optional space saver turn- around conveyor.

The Preferred Pack PP1519EC (ECONOMY COMBO) is a semi-automatic "L" Sealer machine. "L" sealers require a "shrink tunnel" to complete the shrinkwrap system. It is easily transportable with wheels and the shrinking is time and temperature-controlled to ensure optimal results. ECONOMY SERIES: L'Sealer with "Band Seal Technology" (15"W x 19"L) L' Seal area. Comes with Pin Wheel Hole Punch, Legs with casters. Models PP1519L are available in a Table Top Version. Add-on tunnels are available in several sizes. Please call for details.

Common Replacement Parts for the Preferred Pack PP-1519 Shrink-wrap Machine

Customers who order one of the five (5) Replacement Parts listed and linked below usually order one or more of the others. It is always recommended that the operator change out the Transite Channels at the same as the Band Ribbon Micro Knife.
This is because by the time the Band Ribbon requires changing, the Transite Channels are worn out as well and it will be problematic to insert a new band ribbon.
