The Shrink-Wrapping Preferred Pack PP-48ST is an efficient, space-saving, compact All-in-One Shrink Wrapper L Sealer and Shrink Chamber in one single, complete unit. This Shrink Wrap Machine comes with Band Seal Technology, Magnetic Hold Down for your Seal and Shrink Cycles, Pinwheel Hole Punch to perforate our Shrink-Wrapping film, and Casters for mobility. The Magnetic Hold Down feature allows you to set the dwell time for the Sealing and Shrink-Wrapping cycles.

The Shrink Wrapping PP-48ST "All-in-One" combined L Sealer and Shrink Chamber is only 50 inches in length and has an 11 x 17-inch Seal Area.

With the new "Band Seal Technology", this Shrink-Wrapping System will seal and shrink PVC or Polyolefin Shrink Wrapping Film. Dual Magnetic Hold Down allows the Operator to simply lower the hooded chamber of this Shrink Wrap Machine, and magnets apply the seal pressure to produce great Shrink Wrapper seals and eliminate operator fatigue. The magnets in this Shrink Wrapper hold the Shrink-Wrapping Chamber closed during the Shrink Cycle and release when the Film Shrinking cycle is complete. An adjustable grate lowers 3.5 inches to accept taller products. This machine is ideal for Shrink Wrapping in small to medium-sized businesses.

Common Replacement Parts for the Preferred Pack PP-48ST Shrink-wrap Machine

Customers who order one of the four (4) Replacement Parts listed and linked below usually order one or more of the others. It is always recommended that the operator change out the Transite Channels at the same as the Band Ribbon Micro Knife.
This is because by the time the Band Ribbon requires changing, the Transite Channels are worn out as well and it will be problematic to insert a new band ribbon.
