Model PP-99 Fully Automatic CD/DVD overwrapping machine capable of wrapping at speeds of 40-50 PPM. Product is hand loaded into the hopper were the machine automatically advances the product forward into the machine to be overwrapped in an OPP type film. The PP-99 can be designed to run a wide variety of box sizes for Cosmetics, Pharmacy, stationary or candy boxes.

• Adjustable film brake eliminated overfeeding of film
• With change parts machine will be able to run different size products all on the same machine.
• Will seal all commercially available heat sealable BOPP films
• Production speeds of 4o-50 PPM
• Variable Speed Drive, allows operator to slow machine down to match production rates
• Acrylic safety door panels protect machine operator.
• Easy access control panel allows for fast changeover
• Independent temperature controls for side heat seal plates
