Preferred Pack Extra Load Capacity of 5000lbs. 0-15 Rotations Per Minute Low Profile Pallet Wrapper PP 983 LP

The Preferred Pack PP 983 LP is a semi-automatic high profile pallet stretch wrapping machine with 250% power prestretch and a 5000 pound load capacity. This machine also has a photo eye and "easy thread design" as standard features. The PP 983 LP includes the ramp for use with pallet jacks and can accommodate pallet loads up to 90" high. Optional features include a 72" diameter turntable, a tower extension to 105", a base extension, digital keypad control panel, weight scale packages, a load stabilizer-top pressure plate and remote auto film start. Pallet Wrapper scales are available for all models.

Standard Features:

250% Pre-Stretch: 3 ft. of film going through pre-stretch rolls comes out 10 ft. of film onto load. Other pre-stretch gearing available with simple sprocket change.

Photo Eye: Will automatically seek height of pallet load

Reinforcing Wrap: Allows machine to apply multiple wraps at any desired location

Home Position: Turntable always returns to original position

Film Break Re-Start: If film brakes during operation, simply press START button again to continue program cycle. No need to start from the beginning again.

Film carriage security door with safety interlocks: If door is opened, machine will automatically be shut off.

Emergency stop switch: When activated will shut off machine.
