Postmark Mixed Thickness Feeder 2 (MTF2) Paper and Envelope Counter)

The Postmark Mixed Thickness Feeder Model MTF, Item Counter, Envelope Counter, Booklet Counter, Label Counter, and Paper Counter can count and batch items, envelopes, and paper of mixed thicknesses, including booklets and most labels. It is an incredible time saver and efficiency booster! This Feeder should be used with equipment with no Feeder or an inferior Feeder. No need to count by hand when you can use this practical piece of equipment.

Use this Envelope Counter and Paper Counter for mailing/postage machines, color printers, inserters, binding equipment, address printers, laminators, and in any situation where you need an envelope counting machine or a paper counting machine. It works great with envelopes and paper of varying thicknesses and sizes. The only limitation - the MTF cannot count transparent items.

NOTE: THE MTF CAN BE USED AS A COUNTER AND BATCHER!

Using the Batch Counter feature is easy. To use the Batch Counter, the operator would tap the settings icon from the HMI home screen, select Batch mode, and then enter the desired count. From there it is just a matter of tapping the start button. The MTF2 will stop automatically each time the desired number of pieces has been fed.

Mixed Thickness Separator
- This separator design ensures that only one envelope passes through the machine at a time, maximizing separation and improving count accuracy.

High Speed
- Feeds up to 19-20,000 #10 envelopes per hour. Feeds mixed mail, from the smallest to the largest, completely. Feeds up to 12mm (1/2") thick envelopes. The entire system built to handle large flats and envelopes. The belt is 10-1/4 inches wide, but you can run envelopes that exceed that width on it. The speed is up to 300-350 items per minute, depending on the material you feed into the MTF2.

Comes with a Receiving Tray - which has roughly the same capacity as the Hopper of the MTF2, around 125 #10 envelopes. Although 100 is a much more realistic number and the most that most people can pick up with one hand.
