Band Sealers | Preferred Pack PP-1120C Horizontal Band Sealer with Tilting Head and Hot Ink Coding

If you are sealing thermoplastic material of any size, the Preferred Packaging 1120C is a great option. This machine is designed to be fast, effective and portable. This sealer is designed for horizontal sealing. The control panel sits at the top left and is extremely easy to set up and adjust. Simply place your bag on the right side of the sealer and it will pull it through (via a conveyor) and seal the open end of the bag shut. This continuous band sealer can be used with thermoplastic material such as PE, PPE, pouches, gusseted bags & moisture barrier bags. A tilting seal head can be easily adjusted up to 30 degrees to accommodate different packaging and it can be used for packaging liquids. Multiple items on this sealer can be adjusted including the conveyor height and depth in relation to the sealing bar.
