Steam Shrink Tunnel | Preferred Pack PP-1200M 48 Inch Long Chamber Entry Level Steam Tunnel

The PP-1200M is our Entry Level Stainless Steel Steam Tunnel that is easy to operate, easy to maintain and easy to clean. It is designed to efficiently shrink full body bands on almost any container type and almost any shrink film material. The low-pressure steam chamber distributes steam evenly with an integrated steel hub design. There are steam jet tubes in each section of the tunnel which are adjustable for both height and steam output. The shell of the tunnel is constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and there is also a Stainless Steel water collecting plate to collect the condensed water. The machines Stainless Steel waterproof design makes it easy to clean and maintain.

This single-zone tunnel is a high quality steam tunnel that incorporates many of the engineering features (such as proprietary nozzle positioning technology and dual-wall stainless steel construction) which have distinguished larger capacity tunnels.

The a single zone system precisely focuses the application of heat. This minimizes energy use, optimizes container appearance, and minimizes the risk of container distortion. There are five rows of steam distribution tubes on each side and each is externally adjustable for steam volume.
