The PP-510BXL can be moved easily, so you can set up exactly where you like. It can be positioned on a tabletop or bench, or moved in-line for automatic or semi-automatic applications – a convenience not found with heavier, more elaborate labeling machines.

SIMPLE TO USE
With our advanced sensors and Delta Color Touchscreen HMI, the PP-510BXL delivers optimal efficiency. Hand wheels provide simple adjustments which enable quick set-up and easy changeover. Simply feed bags down the slide and pressure rollers will drive bay through the label machine. Yellow foam pressure roller helps secure the label to the bag. Our numbered metering system on crank handles ensures the operator quick changeover times by using numbered pre-set to quickly dial in design settings.

• It's easy to upgrade the PP-510B XL to activate hot-stamp ribbon printer. This integrated feature simplifies label customization and allows the hotstamp ribbon printer to work in sync with the labeler to ensure accurate code placement.
• Thanks to the user-friendly Delta HMI operating interface, changing to different labeling applications for various product sizes and types can be done simply and quickly

• A production preset function means the machine automatically stops once the predetermined quantity of products has been labeled.
