Preferred Pack PP1622-MK Combo L'Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel System on One Frame

Compact, Portable, and Affordable

PP1622MK-Combo L'-Sealer and Shrink Tunnel are built on the same frame. It is the first fully adjustable Combination L-Sealer with attached Shrink Tunnel, including the latest Micro Knife Technology. No more seal wires to replace! The L-Sealer is 16 x 22 inches and mounted on linear bearings, easily moves forward or backward to center the product into the Tunnel, and the Discharge Conveyor on the L-Sealer also adjusts up and down. The Shrink Tunnel is 18W x 28L x 8H inches and features a fully recirculating air chamber with live roller rod conveyor, digital temperature control, adjustable air velocity, and a convenient crank handle to adjust the tunnel up and down to match sealer conveyor height. The unibody frame makes this unit easy to move around. Includes one 8ft power cord.

Common Replacement Parts for the Preferred Pack PP-1622MK Shrink-wrap Machine

Customers who order one of the five (5) Replacement Parts listed and linked below usually order one or more of the others. It is always recommended that the operator change out the Transite Channels at the same as the Band Ribbon Micro Knife.
This is because by the time the Band Ribbon requires changing, the Transite Channels are worn out as well and it will be problematic to insert a new band ribbon.
