Widmer RS-PTV Transcript Validator Signature with Title, Seal, and Date (RS-PTV) .

The Widmer RS-PTV Transcript Validator prints a school seal, signs and dates transcripts or documents in one pass through the high speed imprinter at a rate of up to 200 documents per minute. The RS-PTV does not emboss the seal: it prints it. The RS is equipped with an automatic feed to load transcripts into the machine for printing. A college seal is printed onto paper along with a registrar signature, title, institutional name, and date in indelible ink. Comes with a Black Ink Roller. A Tri-color Roll Ink Roller is optional. The RS replaces manual stamping and signing of each school transcript. Dual security locks and dual counters (exterior re-settable for batching and internal non-re-settable ) provide increased secure protection. The dual counters can be used to track the number of transcripts processed. Instructions will be sent regarding what is needed to fabricate the impressions. In short, a customer will send artwork or a readable copy of the seal, sample signature signed three times in blue or black ink on an 8 and one half by 11 inch sheet of white paper, the printed name of the signor, official title of the signor, and a sample of the document(s) that the RS will stamp so the correct placement of the impression can be made. Accepts letter, legal, and European size sheets, and other sizes.
