The Mark VII AirFeed is a high-speed folding machine that is capable of folding up to 35,000 sheets per hour...that is over 583 sheets per minute. Has manual paper guide and skew adjustments to get the job set right where it needs to be. Comes with removable cartridges for perf and/or scoring. The LED counter keeps track of pages folded. Handles coated, laser, and copier paper types. Has variable speed control and a variable speed conveyor, independent of the fold rollers.

The AirFeed system is equipped with fine tuning adjustments for pressure and vacuum to meet any job requirement.

Adjustable Fold Roller Gap

Calibration system that adjusts the roller gap depending on the paper weight and fold tightness that you desire. Gear driven rollers ensure consistent folding at all speed and all paper types.

The MarkVII AirFeed machine is equipped with precision air/vacuum volume control letting you adjust the flow depending on the type of paper stock or the thickness.

Heavy-Duty Fold Tables

Heavy-gauge construction with stainless steel rods help to guide the paper accurately at high speeds for precision folds. The tables are grounded for reduced static build-up. Manually adjustable paper stops, with metric and English scales for quick and easy set-up.

Heavy-Duty Perf/Score Assembly

Heavy-duty shaft design prevents defl ection and ensures consistent scoring and perfi ng. Easily removable by hand - no tools required.

Easily Removable Feed Table

Nickle plated feed table design to reduce friction and static. Has a bottom-sheet feeding system, you can continually feed the machine during operation. With up to 300 sheets inserted into the feed tray, it allows the operator time to keep loading saving time and money.

Additional Perforating Blades (Optional)

Various configurations of perforating blades whether you want close perfs for a tighter tear or further perfs for a loose smooth tear.

Stand (Optional)

The stand is made from heavy-gauge steel construction and makes the folder mobile because of the heavy-duty casters. Also has a convenient shelf to store the air pump.
