Keencut Steel Aluminum Composite Cutting Head for SteelTrak - STC2C

The newly developed SteelTrak C2 composite cutting head will cut steel composite panels, e.g. Multishield, and aluminum composite panels, e.g. DiBond, in a single pass without creating dangerous sparks or dust. The new cutting head significantly reduces any curvature on the cut material to facilitate successful flat-bed printing and minimize waste. There is no need for extra edge finishing, so productivity is increased, and safety is guaranteed.

Heavy duty Twin Wheel Cutting Head. Cuts Aluminum Composite Panel (4mm) and Steel Composite Panel (3mm) easily with dramatically reduced panel bend on the left-hand side of the cut. Supplied with a pair of high carbon, hardened steel cutting wheels 69175.

The SteelTrak is now supplied with the new SteelTrak C2 composite cutting head as standard. Existing SteelTrak users can purchase as an upgrade.

• Cuts aluminum composite panels, e.g. Dibond, up to 4mm (5/32 inch) and steel composite panels, e.g. Multishield, up to 3mm (5/32 inch) easily with dramatically reduced panel bend on the left-hand side of the cut.
• Makes it perfect for cutting panels to be processed on flatbed printers.
• Cuts without risk of sparks, dust, or debris.
• Fitted as standard on all SteelTrak models produced since June 2020, from serial number U3262 and above.
