The Preferred Pack PP-983HP SCALE is a valuable addition to any packaging situation. The Preferred Pack PP-983HP Pallet Wrapper is an extremely easy-to-use and understand Pallet Wrapper. This Pallet Wrapping Machine has all the bells and whistles which are available on any top-of-the-line Pallet Wrapper, yet still is simple to use and understand for any level operator. The Preferred Pack PP-983 HP SCALE has an adjustable PHOTO EYE, which makes it possible to control wrapping. No More Wasting Wrapping Material, no matter how tall or at what height the operator is, this feature will tell you how tall each pallet is, and automatically stop wrapping at that level.

The Preferred Pack PP-983HP SCALE High Profile Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine is a semi-automatic pallet wrapper with mechanical pre-stretch and digital controls. The Preferred Pack PP-983 HP SCALE Pallet Wrapper has a 10 program memory, Variable wrap count, 4,000 lb capacity, fixed speed turntable, standard machine accommodates pallets up to 85 Inch high, Heavy duty belt drive for film carriage, #50 heavy duty drive chain on turntable, 14 sets of double roller turntable supports, 59" heavy duty turntable with diamond plate non-slip surface. 110 volt power.

Standard Features:

• 225% Pre-Stretch: 3 ft. of film through pre-stretch rolls comes out as 10 ft. of film on the load. Other pre-stretch gearing is available with a simple sprocket change
• Patented Triple knurled roller pre-stretch system with 225% powered pre-stretch. Easy Thread design with a safety door; if opened, shuts off the machine.
• Heavy Duty Chain Drive on turntable with 18 sets of double roller turntable supports.
• Photo Eye: Will automatically seek the height of the pallet load
• Reinforcing Wrap: Allows the machine to apply multiple wraps at any desired location
• Home Position: The turntable always returns to the original position
• Automatic or manual operation switch
• Adjustable wrapping tension
• Adjustable turntable speed
• Adjustable carriage elevator speed
• Film Break Re-Start: If film breaks during operation, simply press the START button again to continue the program cycle. No need to start from the beginning again.
• Top and Bottom Wrap Counter: Allows operator to select the number of wraps on top or bottom of load.
• Film carriage security door with safety interlocks: If the door is opened, the machine will automatically shut off.
• Emergency stop switch: When activated will shut off the machine.
