TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• A wheel, with an easy adjustable height position, mounted on an arm with a spring system traces the load in its width and length
• The wrapping height (up to a maximum of 2200 mm) is automatically detected through a photo-eye mounted on the film carriage or pre-determined through the related specific function available in the main control box of the machine
• Regulation of the film tension through a mechanic brake
• Main control box with MICROPROCESSOR LOGIC BOARD offering the possibility to record up to 6 different working cycles, each of them with independent and personalised parameters (rotating speed; film carriage speed; reinforcing wrapping time at the base of the pallet; reinforcing wrapping time at the top of the pallet; reinforcing wrapping time at the middle of the pallet; possibility to select a cross wrapping cycle or a single one way wrapping during the film carriage ascent)
• Film carriage with chain drive
• Machine equipped with "maintenance-free" dry and sealed gel batteries
• Battery charger incorporated in the machine
• Power supply for the battery charge: 240V - single-phase
• Front safety bumper to stop the machine working in case of accidental crash against third bodies

• The machine works with machine stretch film rolls, with an external diameter of maxim 220 mm, on a 500 mm width and with an internal core diameter of 500 mm
• Recommended range of stretch film is 70-140 gauge.
