The Preferred Pack PP-4060HK is a semi-automatic Hot Knife L-Sealer Shrinkwrapper that is perfect for midsize volumes. This Shrinkwrap Machine is a compact unit that can be transported from site to site. One person operation is simple and efficient. Simply move the package into the sealing area, over-wrap and move product into the attached (optional) shrink tunnel. With a very generous 30 inch wide and 50 inch long work surface, the PP-4060HK can accommodate very large products. Recommended Shrink Tunnel: PP-4060.

Standard Series: Semi automatic L-Sealer with magnet clamping, powered takeaway conveyor, cylinder arm return, Teflon coated ceramic groove beads, stainless steel compensatory assembly, automatic cycle timing, pin perf, film clamps, casters.

Stainless Steel Compensatory Assembly: allows operator to adjust wire or micro knife temperature, unit compensates for residual heat in wire from previous cycle. Precise control of heat means consistent seal every cycle.

Power Belted Product Discharge: Conveyor automatically transfers product into shrink tunnel.
