AmeriVacS AVN-25 - Retractable Nozzle Vacuum Sealer with Gas Purge

The AmeriVac Retractable Nozzle Vacuum Sealer is Foot Pedal Activated Gas-Flush Vacuum Packaging at its finest. The AVN Vacuum Machine with a inch (10mm optional) wide Sealing Element delivers a leak proof seal for electronic devices that require moisture barrier bags.

With one touch of the pedal, the AVN Vacuum Sealer flushes out oxygen and moisture with nitrogen, the automated stainless steel nozzle retracts, and your sensitive components are sealed in seconds. Clean Room compatible, the AVN is also ideal for dry packaging applications on trays, tape and reel, tubes and a variety of SMD shipping containers.

Combine the AVN's precise automation with speed, extensive safety features and incredible durability, and faulty seals resulting from operator or machine error are virtually eliminated. Providing additional functionality and convenience, the AVN's gas-flush feature can be switched off for impulse heat only sealing.

The AVN is hand assembled in the U.S. at AmeriVacS facility using only superior grade components. The AVN model is offered in four seal lengths (20, 25, 30, 35 inches)

Please note that both the AVN and AVS model from AmeriVacS require a separate air compressor to operate, as per the air requirement specification listed below. Basically any air compressor with a minimum 15 gallon tank and 90 PSI capacity is sufficient. If your workplace does not already have an air compressor onsite, we can help procure one for you along with the purchase of an AVN or AVS unit. The CAVN and CAVS models both have a built-in air compressor and do not require an external compressor to operate.
