Wrapping robots are a great way to avoid wrapping by hand; they can be easily transported to where you’re packaging goods to wrap the pallet. This is great if the goods are rather unstable before wrapping, have a large weight, or the pallet is a large size.

Many users wrapping oversized pallets use mobile pallet wrapping robots; normally, a much larger stretch wrap machine is needed to wrap 2400 mm x 1200 mm (94.48 x 47.24 Inch) pallets or larger; these machines have a large warehouse footprint. However, the SFERA mobile pallet wrapping robot takes up little space and easily works large or high pallets.

The SFERA Robotic pallet wrapping machine can wrap pallets of up to 2400mm (94.48 Inches) high with unlimited dimensions. These semi-automatic self-propelled Robot Stretch Wrap machines use rechargeable batteries. It can drive in a forward or reverse direction, indoors or out, wrapping pallets by rotating around the pallet with the hinged arm that raises and lowers. The hinged arm utilizes a fully enclosed mechanical screw which requires no maintenance as there are no worn items to be replaced. The SFERA pallet wrapper boasts features such as customized wrapping programs with adjustable Pre-Stretch Control and a double roller pre-stretched head capable of stretching film up to 200%.

Our enhanced version PLC provides up to 99 programs suitable for every kind of wrapping pattern for differing and varied products. This machine is ready for pallet wrapping in the 21st century.
